The term generation means the stages of age groups changes from a period of older ages to the modern ages on the basis of behaviors, working situations and etc.

There are different categories of generational groups like baby boomers, generation x and generation y. Baby boomers are the generations who are born before 1960. The generation X is the groups who are born between 1960 and 1979 and the generation Y is the groups who are born after 1980. Al these generations are different from each other according to working behavior.

Bob Jackson is 44. He belongs to generation X. In this group the person totally depends on himself rather than depending on others he tries to do the work on his own so his colleagues thinks that he is a workaholic. Bob wants to achieve his goal so he is working hard to reach that goal. He tries to complete his work without depending on his employee workers.  They are very loyal to their work and like other workers of this generation bob also wants to achieve his goal in return of his hard work.

On the other hand, Jerry is 28 and he is a new corporate VP in his company. He belongs to generation Y. this groups believes in modern technologies and they cannot work without this technology. They are not so loyal to their office rather than they show their loyalty to the modern technologies.  They always like to work when they are given any challenges and they loves to win competitions in their work places. These groups always try to play with the rules while completing their task and to reach their goals.
