Sexual Harassment Here are several events that happen in the
workplace. Do you believe they fall under the definition of sexual
harassment? If so, why? If not, why not? 

When an employee makes continued, unwelcome sexual advances or offers any sexual favors to complete the task of or for an increment in their work then this situation comes under sexual harassment. According to the above given examples some situations are defined under sexual harassment and some of them are not. The case of Linda and marry does not falls under the definition of sexual harassment as in these two cases there is a relationship without any regressions and on the other hands the case of bob and Susan falls under this situation because in both the cases the victim is being tortured repeatedly against her will.

 The case of Jane is partially sexual harassment and partially not as because she had a relationship with her co worker according to her will but after meeting with some other guy she left her co- worker. It is her co-worker’s fault that he is torturing Jane by posting negative things about her on face book. Sexual harassment tortures the victim so much that the victim gets disturb mentally very much. The case of don is totally under sexual harassment as he is continuously harassing his coworkers by posting picture of scantily women.  For example, there was a girl named Nancy who was working in a private office. Her boss was very kind and good. One day, Nancy was in need of some money so she went to her boss for favor. Her boss was sitting with his friend at that time. Her boss agreed to give her money but in return he wanted Nancy to spend few hours. It was an agreement that if she wants money then she has to spend time with his friend otherwise she has to resign from her job. Nancy was in great trouble so she decided to accept her boss’s offer. After this incident Nancy is being tortures by her boss and other co workers for asking any favors.
